Dear PEP families,
IT’S THAT TIME!!! – please register to attend PEP’s virtual graduation for our Estes class! Graduation will be held on Friday, March 4thvia Zoom – details below (including registration link).
- Please keep in mind that all screens will be monitored – this means that all family members’ devices must have their cameras on throughout the ceremony
- You may have an entire watch party on your side of the screen, but ONLY UP TO TWO DEVICES may join per graduate
- Family members who own devices being used to attend graduation must pre-register as guests in order to attend
- Due to the sensitive nature of some men’s crimes, absolutely no pictures or video may be taken by any guests (*PEP will need to submit video of this virtual event for review*)
- Please join the Zoom call on March 4th at 4:50p CST – this call will last one hour
We also have an exciting opportunity:
Guests are encouraged to make a support poster, take a picture of it and email it to me (lstiehl@pep.org) – pictures of these posters will be shared with the class!
Keep in mind, these posters are meant to encourage/congratulate/cheer on your graduate, so …
- Make your poster big enough for him to see easily
- Put his name on the poster
- Make the poster creative!
Each graduate can have up to four support posters, and you may add one family photo to your poster if you would like. Deadline to submit poster pictures is Monday, February 28th. Below are a few examples of what you can do – but again, be creative!
