We are so pleased you are joining us in just a few hours for PEP’s virtual graduation via Zoom! Please keep in mind the following:
- Check-in for today’s virtual graduation by 4:30p Central Time (you can join us as early as 4:15p) here: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89801564176 – in case you need it, here is the Meeting ID: 898 0156 4176
- Once you are on our Zoom call, you will be put into a “Zoom waiting room” while we match up names with the RSVP list (up to 2 devices allowed per graduate) – no late birds allowed, so join the call no later than 4:30p Central Time
- Once you join the Zoom ceremony, you must leave your camera on for the rest of the call
- SMILE! – the graduates may be allowed to see us briefly, so please be aware of your surroundings and allow Zoom to turn on your device’s camera … if it’s allowed, trust me: the graduates will want to see you!
- All guests will be muted during the ceremony
- Our behavior will be monitored, so please be aware you will be watched
- Guests are not allowed to videorecord, take pictures or post this event on the internet – please don’t spoil this amazing privilege that we have … if you are caught doing any of these things, your graduate will no longer be eligible for PEP resources
- This ceremony is scheduled to end at 5:55p Central Time
- NEW: if you stick around after the ceremony is over, you have a chance to say a quick 10-second something to your PEP graduate! Here’s an example: “Michael, I just watched you graduate and I’m so proud of all you’ve accomplished these past few months in PEP! Congratulations – I love you to the moon and back!” Think about it, practice it a time or two (especially if you have multiple people watching with you on the same device), and HAVE FUN! (Also, the guys don’t know about this yet, so let’s keep this a surprise!)
- This will be your only opportunity to view this event, so please make sure you get on Zoom by 4:30p Central Time today
