Dear PEP Graduation Guests, Here are a few notes about Friday’s ceremony: The Estes Unit address is 1100 FM 1807 in Venus, TX – please eat lunch and use the facilities prior to your arrival. Estes Winter 2026 Graduation Update #2

PEP Graduation Guests, Let’s discuss the elephant in the room: dress code. (**THIS IS OVER AND ABOVE REGULAR VISITATION RULES**) We will have a number of male business executives attending graduation dressed in suits and ties, while female executives will be dressed in business suits (nice pair of pants, a blouse and blazer).
