ALSO, THIS SUNDAY (9/15) is the deadline to RSVP for graduation! Guests must register online to be added to the final guest list (used at check-in) – participants cannot do this for you.
- This full cap-and-gown ceremony will be held at the Estes Unit the afternoon of Friday, October 18, 2024
- Check to see if your name is on this invitation list (https://family.pep.org/estes/esfl24gradguests/)
- If your name is highlighted in green, you are registered to attend and are “good to go” to graduation!
- If your name is not highlighted in green, then sign up ASAP here: https://family.pep.org/estes/graduation-registration/ – the registration portal closes Sunday
- Your PEP participant is allowed to invite up to four people – including children (even infants) – so please do not add any minors on an adult’s registration form unless their names are already included on the invitation list
- The final guest list will be sent to the Warden’s office for review early next week
