Dear Graduation Guests,
I have received any number of questions about the dress code for Friday’s graduation ceremony, so here are a few guidelines:
- Please wear the nicest pair of pants you own (no holes), a nice top (more than a t-shirt/no cleavage or belly showing) and closed-toed shoes
- Ladies, please remember that this is an all-male prison … so for everyone’s sake, please do not wear skin-tight clothing that leaves nothing to other inmates’ imagination
- QUICK CHECK: sit down in your graduation outfit of choice – if you can see your knees, pick another outfit please!
If you are still unsure about your outfit, then please pack a second “grandma conservative” outfit in your car just in case … I don’t want anyone being told they can’t attend graduation because of an outfit, so let’s all agree to fix this NOW.
