It\nwas an ice breaker speech, in which we gave a brief introduction about\nourselves. It was a chance for us to get our feet wet speaking in front of\nothers, some of us for the first time. We were confronted with the challenges\nof overcoming our fears and nervousness when public speaking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We look forward to our next meeting and remain optimistic\nin giving our next oration. We hope that in our efforts, we will get better each\ntime we stand at the lectern. We embrace this opportunity in developing our\nskills and becoming professional entrepreneurs. Sometimes it\u2019s hard to change or exchange old habits for\nnew ones. In doing so, we better our chances at greatness. As brothers, we\nlisten to one another, seeing that we all want the same thing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One PEP brother will more than likely influence 10 other\npeople, and as such, each of us is avidly pursuing betterment of self. We are\nPEP, and we are a part of a revolution that will change the world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>Bryan\nM. (a.k.a. \u201cJamie Foxx\u201d)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wednesday, December 11, 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We of Spring \u201920 have really learned a lot about deciding\nhow to select which business opportunity we wish to pursue. We\u2019ve also learned\na lot about what it will take to be a successful entrepreneur, including how to\novercome the risks. We are currently focusing on prior experience, triggers,\nsupport, family and much more. This is all thanks to the amazing Entrepreneurship\nclass we were blessed to attend today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spring \u201920 is really putting forth a lot of effort into\nthis program. We are striving for success daily. We can, we will, and we must\nbe successful. I\u2019m excited to see what we will accomplish as a class. (a.k.a. \u201cZac Brown\u201d)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Thursday, December 12, 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nclass of Spring \u201820 was given the opportunity to start computer lab today. We\nwere all presented with the gift of learning the fundamentals of using and\nunderstanding how to properly utilize Microsoft Office. We can all really\nbenefit from this class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\nwere shown how to type, use the keyboard and save everything we worked on. Overall,\nit was fun and we all enjoy the knowledge that this class provides. We are all\ntruly blessed to have this at our disposal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>Olaf\nC. (a.k.a. \u201cBo\u201d)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Friday, December 13, 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was\nso nice to finally have a day off from a class setting. It was refreshing to be\nable to have outside recreation and enjoy fresh air. Just because there was no\nclass doesn\u2019t mean work and progress stopped. Many of my classmates were\nstudying their Entrepreneurship textbook inside the pods (dorms). We were all\nenjoying free time in some form or fashion. Some of us were planning to have\nwhat we call a \u201cpod spread\u201d which consist of coming together in brotherly love,\nwhile putting a mixture of edibles together over the weekend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since\nwe have a Toastmasters class on Monday, the ones scheduled to speak are\ncurrently working on their speeches. We help each other practice our speeches\nto get early feedback before the actual presentation day. All in all, today was\na fairly low-stress day, and it\u2019s a good thing because after this week, we\u2019re\nall looking forward to another break.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>Travis\nB. In the story, a multitude\nof heavenly hosts appeared before a group of shepherds and announced the birth by\nproclaiming, \u201cPeace on earth and good will towards man.\u201d As I watch the chaos\nthat unfolds each Christmas season, I can\u2019t help but wonder what happened to\nthis concept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the hustle and bustle of the holidays, its\ntrue meaning is diminished. By the time the average person is done making\narrangements and purchasing all of the necessary gifts, tempers are on edge,\nlines of communication are frozen and spirits are fatigued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How can we hold presents in high regard for\ntheir monetary value when the greatest gift that we will ever receive was found\nin a manger, amongst animal manure? This year, let us give gifts that truly\nmatter: gifts of listening, compliments, affection, validation and laughter. Make\nit a truly special Christmas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong>James R.
