Dear PEP Families,<\/p>\n

I am pleased to let you know that the graduation pictures<\/strong> are already available from the photographer, and our IT guru has \u201ctagged\u201d all of the pictures with your loved one\u2019s name<\/strong>!\u00a0 Here is what you\u2019ll need to do to see these great pictures:<\/p>\n

  1. Click this link to see all of the graduation pictures: pep.org\/clsp17-grad<\/a><\/strong>\n
      \n
    1. If you are on a computer\/laptop, look at the upper right-hand corner of the screen for the magnifying glass-looking icon and hover your mouse there until the Search field pops up<\/li>\n
    2. If you are on a cell phone, tap the three horizontal lines close together (the \u201chamburger icon\u201d) on the upper left of the screen and click the word \u201cSearch\u201d at the bottom<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. Enter clsp17<\/strong> (which stands for Cleveland Spring \u201917), then a space<\/strong>, then your loved one\u2019s first<\/u> name<\/strong> \u2013 so for example, if Marcus Smith graduated, then you would type: clsp17 Marcus<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. All pictures with your loved one should come up on the screen for you!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      To Download the Pictures:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

      Note: \u00a0You must be on a computer, not a smartphone or tablet to download pictures.\u00a0 Photos are for private use only. \u00a0Do not publish photos online or in print without permission from PEP.<\/p>\n

      • Click on the picture you want to download to enlarge it.<\/li>\n
      • Once the photo is enlarged, put your cursor over the top left corner of the picture.<\/li>\n
      • Roll your cursor over the second-to-last icon, which looks like a computer disk. \u00a0The word “Download” should appear next to the picture of the disk.<\/li>\n
      • Slide your mouse arrow on top of the word \u201cdownload\u201d –\u00a0another list should appear out to the side.<\/li>\n
      • Click on the size picture you would like to download.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Wait for the file to download, and then you can go back to the gallery page to view\/download other pictures.\u00a0 If your computer asks you what you should do with the file, click the \u201cSave\u201d button.<\/p>\n
