Please keep in mind the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Check-in for today\u2019s virtual graduation&nbsp;<strong>by 4:30p Central Time<\/strong>&nbsp;(you can join us as early as 4:15p) here:&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/us02web.zoom.us\/j\/89801564176\">https:\/\/us02web.zoom.us\/j\/89801564176<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; in case you need it, here is the Meeting ID:&nbsp;898 0156 4176<\/li><li>Once you are on our Zoom call, you will be put into a \u201cZoom waiting room\u201d while we match up names with the RSVP list (up to 2 devices allowed per graduate) \u2013&nbsp;<strong>no late birds allowed,<\/strong>&nbsp;so join the call&nbsp;<strong>no later than 4:30p Central Time<\/strong><\/li><li>Once you join the Zoom ceremony, you must leave your camera on for the rest of the call<\/li><li><strong>SMILE!<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 the graduates may be allowed to see us briefly, so please be aware of your surroundings and allow Zoom to turn on your device\u2019s camera \u2026 if it\u2019s allowed, trust me: the graduates will want to see you!<\/li><li>All guests will be muted during the ceremony<\/li><li><strong>Our behavior will be monitored<\/strong>, so please be aware you will be watched<\/li><li><strong>Guests are not allowed to videorecord, take pictures or post this event on the internet<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 please don\u2019t spoil this amazing privilege that we have &#8230; if you are caught doing any of these things, your graduate will no longer be eligible for PEP resources<\/li><li>This ceremony is scheduled to end at 5:55p Central Time<\/li><li><strong>NEW:<\/strong>&nbsp;if you stick around after the ceremony is over, you have a chance to say a quick 10-second something to your PEP graduate! Here\u2019s an example: \u201cMichael, I just watched you graduate and I\u2019m so proud of all you\u2019ve accomplished these past few months in PEP! Congratulations \u2013 I love you to the moon and back!\u201d Think about it, practice it a time or two (especially if you have multiple people watching with you on the same device), and HAVE FUN!
