Dear PEP families,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Graduation is just around the corner \u2026 can you believe it??? We have a lot to cover, so please read everything about what to expect on\u00a0Friday, July 1 at 4p via Zoom<\/strong>:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Keep in mind that all screens will be monitored \u2013 this means that all family members\u2019 devices must have their cameras on<\/strong> throughout the ceremony<\/li>
  2. As a reminder, you may have an entire watch party on your side of the screen, but ONLY UP TO TWO DEVICES may join per graduate<\/li>
  3. Due to the sensitive nature of some men\u2019s crimes, absolutely no pictures or video may be taken by any guests<\/strong>(*PEP will need to submit video of this virtual event for official review*)<\/li>
  4. Please join the Zoom call using this Zoom link: https:\/\/us02web.zoom.us\/j\/84907973586<\/a><\/strong> – in case you need it, here is the Meeting ID: 898 0156 4176<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    We have TWO exciting opportunities<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    #1:<\/strong> <\/strong>Guests are encouraged to make a support poster<\/strong>, take a picture of it and email it to me (lstiehl@pep.org<\/a>) \u2013 pictures of these posters will be shared with the class!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Keep in mind, these posters (or signs) are meant to encourage\/congratulate\/cheer on your graduate, so \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Make your poster big enough for him to see easily<\/li>
    2. Put his name & your name on the poster<\/li>
    3. Make the poster creative!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Each graduate can have\u00a0up to four support posters<\/strong>, and you may add\u00a0one\u00a0family photo to your poster if you would like.\u00a0Deadline to submit poster pictures is Monday, June 27t<\/sup><\/strong>. Below are a few examples of what you can do \u2013 but again, be creative!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      #2:<\/strong> If you stick around after the ceremony is over, you\u2019ll have the chance to say a quick 10-second message to your graduate!<\/strong> Here\u2019s an example: \u201cMichael, I just watched you graduate and I\u2019m so proud of all you\u2019ve accomplished these past few months in PEP! Congratulations \u2013 I love you to the moon and back!\u201d Think about it, practice it a time or two (especially if you have multiple people watching with you on the same device), and HAVE FUN!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The guys are SO EXCITED <\/strong>\u2013 thank you for your support!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
