Dear PEP families,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IT\u2019S THAT TIME!!! \u2013 please register to attend PEP\u2019s virtual graduation for our Estes class! Graduation will be held on Friday, March 4th<\/sup>via Zoom<\/strong> \u2013 details below (including registration link).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Please keep in mind that all screens will be monitored \u2013 this means that all family members\u2019 devices must have their cameras on<\/strong> throughout the ceremony<\/li>
  2. You may have an entire watch party on your side of the screen, but ONLY UP TO TWO DEVICES may join per graduate<\/li>
  3. Family members who own devices being used to attend graduation must pre-register as guests<\/strong> in order to attend<\/li>
  4. Due to the sensitive nature of some men\u2019s crimes, absolutely no pictures or video may be taken by any guests<\/strong> (*PEP will need to submit video of this virtual event for review*)<\/li>
  5. Please join the Zoom call on March 4th<\/sup> at 4:50p CST<\/strong> \u2013 this call will last one hour<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    We also have an exciting opportunity<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Guests are encouraged to make a support poster<\/strong>, take a picture of it and email it to me (lstiehl@pep.org<\/a>) \u2013 pictures of these posters will be shared with the class!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Keep in mind, these posters are meant to encourage\/congratulate\/cheer on your graduate, so \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Make your poster big enough for him to see easily<\/li>
    2. Put his name on the poster<\/li>
    3. Make the poster creative!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Each graduate can have up to four support posters<\/strong>, and you may add one family photo to your poster if you would like. Deadline to submit poster pictures is Monday, February 28th<\/sup><\/strong>. Below are a few examples of what you can do \u2013 but again, be creative! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
