Dear PEP Families,

The finalized guest list is here.

  1. I have received a number of calls asking if I can change/update/switch out guests for graduation. The short answer is no. The guest list was sent last week to the Warden’s office for approval, so whatever we submitted is what we must stick to (see the approved list of guests below).
  1. I really hope everyone who signed up can attend! – but if that’s not the case, please call/email me ASAP so I can set correct expectations with your loved one. Nothing is worse than having graduates come up to me after the ceremony in full panic mode asking, “Where’s my mom?” or “Where is my wife and child?” Been there, done that, not a fan! – so please help by letting me know if a registered guest is no longer able to make it.
  1. Check out all graduation details here: https://family.pep.org/estes/graduation/grad-details/

Also … a little birdie tweeted in my ear that the Estes Unit should be off lockdown. 😊

I look forward to meeting everyone next week!

Check-in for graduation at 2:45p on Friday, October 28th with your most patient, positive self!

What is the dress code?

The dress code for this event is business professional. Men can wear either a full suit or a sports coat and slacks (tie is optional), and women should dress conservatively in nice pants, a blouse that covers what it needs to, and a blazer/jacket. Long skirts or dresses that are at least mid-calf are permitted. No sleeveless tops or anything sheer is allowed. Any form of clothing where knees are showing when seated is prohibited.

Thank you for your support!
